Processes for Developments

Small to Medium Residential

  1.  Concept Plan (recommended)
  2. Master Site Plan (required for multi-family 5+ acres only)
  3. Site Plan (required for all multi-family)
  4. Preliminary Plat (if subdivided)
  5. Final Plat (if subdivided)
  6. Development Agreement (required for any subdivision or site plan)

Large Residential (160+ Acres)

  1.  Concept Plan (recommended)
  2. Master Site Plan (required for multi-family 5+ acres only)
  3. Master Development Agreement (this step will follow approval of MDP, see planning dept. for details)
  4. Site Plan (required for all multi-family)
  5. Preliminary Plat (if subdivided)
  6. Final Plat (if subdivided)
  7. Development Agreement (required for any subdivision or site plan

 

Small to Medium Commercial/Industrial

  1.  Concept Plan (recommended)
  2. Master Site Plan (required for multi-family 5+ acres only)
