Eagle Mountain City is following guidelines for the high transmission level of COVID-19 on the state index. City offices are open to the public regular hours (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday), however, masks are required in city buildings, and social distancing measures are in place. If you do not have a mask, one can be provided for you. The Senior Center activities are cancelled until further notice. Bring in a valid ID (driver’s license, state ID, etc.) and proof of residence in Eagle Mountain. Fill out a Library Card application at the library or fill out an online application and bring it in. A library card OR photo identification is REQUIRED in order to check out library materials. A library card is the preferred identification for your library account. If you lose your card or if it’s stolen, please notify the library as soon as possible. A replacement can be issued for $3.00.

Books and audio book materials may be renewed twice unless there is a waiting list for the title.
DVD’s can be renewed once unless there is a waiting list for the title. There is no charge to check out DVD’s or Audio materials.

Adults (18+) – 30 items
There is an outside book return located on the west side of the library (north of the library door). This book return is open 24 hours a day.
In offering access to electronic information sources, such as the internet and online databases, it is the purpose of Eagle Mountain Public Library to expand the range of tools available to citizens seeking to satisfy their information needs. The library offers Wi-Fi access and wireless printing.

The Eagle Mountain Library offers exam proctoring services. The library will offer proctoring services based on the availability of personnel, facilities and the technology to do so. ALL proctoring communication is handled by email at: library@emcity.org. We no longer accept telephone requests. Residents of Eagle Mountain in good standing with the Eagle Mountain Library are eligible for this service at no charge. Non-residents are eligible for proctoring for a $10 fee.
