Eagle Mountain City, as part of Utah County, is at the High Level of Transmission on the state’s COVID-19 index. City offices are open to the public regular hours (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday). The Senior Center will host a limited number of activities as announced until further notice. Masks are required while visiting city buildings. If you do not have one, we can provide one for you. Social distancing measures are in place. Master Development Agreements

Approved Master Development Agreements can be found on the City Recorder’s page. Eagle Mountain City is currently pursuing a robust document management and library tool to significantly increase the ease of searching and accessing public documents. Until the new tool(s) are available, please contact the City Recorder’s Office at lpengra@emcity.org or (801) 789-6611 for copies of any additional public documents not currently found on the City website.
