The Utility Billing Department can be contacted with any questions or requests. We have Utility Billing Customer Service representatives here at City Hall that are happy to help. To pay or discuss any concerns in-person, the Utility Billing office is located in City Hall at 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005.
The Utility Billing Office is located adjacent to the main lobby at the south entrance of City Hall, near the flagpoles, 1650 E Stagecoach Run. The office is open from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Active Duty Military Abatement Program
Eagle Mountain City will abate utility service fees for those with an active account in a deployed resident’s name from the commencement of active duty deployment status, until two (2) months following the ending date of the active duty deployed commitment period. This is subject to the receipt of a copy of the military personnel’s official active duty deployment orders by the Utility Billing Department. The amount of the utility service fees abatement will be $25.00 off the total monthly utility bill. Eagle Mountain City may discontinue this abatement at any time and for any reason.
Military Abatement Application
Dog licenses may be purchased online at the North Utah Valley Animal Shelter website. There is an additional $2 online service fee.
Dog licenses may also be purchased at City Hall at the Utility Billing office. Please note we can only accept payment by check at City Hall. The licenses are processed through North Utah Valley Animal Shelter. Please bring proof of current rabies vaccination, which should include the date of vaccination, expiration date and tag #.

Landfill passes are not required to visit the landfill. Residents may claim up to two landfill passes per household per year for a free load* per pass, at City Hall during business hours; Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Eagle Mountain City uses Intermountain Regional Landfill (IRL) in Fairfield for dump services.
Hours: Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Directions: Take Cory B. Wride Memorial Hwy (SR-73) to Allen Ranch Road (turn left at Camp Floyd sign), pass the Fairfield Cemetery, and pass the construction & demolition landfill. After one mile turn left. Look for signs for the landfill and heavy equipment.

* Pass is for 1 free pick-up load (6 cu yds), not to exceed 500lbs. All pick-up loads must be covered or be subject to charge. Rubbish must not be from a commercial construction site.
