With Eagle Mountain City in the Yellow Phase of COVID-19 response, city offices are open to the public regular hours (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday). Dog licenses may be purchased at the Reception Desk or Utility Billing office at City Hall. Please note we can only accept payment by check. The licenses are processed through North Utah Valley Animal Shelter. Please bring proof of current rabies vaccination.

Residents may claim up to two dump passes per household per year free of charge at the reception desk or utility billing office at City Hall during business hours; Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Eagle Mountain City uses Intermountain Regional Landfill (IRL) in Fairfield for dump services.
Hours: Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Directions: Take Cory B. Wride Memorial Hwy (SR-73) to Allen Ranch Road (turn left at Camp Floyd sign), pass the Fairfield Cemetery, and pass the construction & demolition landfill. After one mile turn left. Look for signs for the landfill and heavy equipment.
