Effective Nov. 24, Eagle Mountain City will follow guidelines for the high transmission level of COVID-19 on the state index. City offices are open to the public regular hours (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday), however, masks are required in city buildings, and social distancing measures are in place. If you do not have a mask, one can be provided for you. The Senior Center activities are cancelled until further notice. Large Residential (160+ Acres)

  2. Master Site Plan (required for multi-family 5+ acres only)
  3. Master Development Agreement (this step will follow approval of MDP, see planning dept. for details)
  4. Site Plan (required for all multi-family)
  5. Preliminary Plat (if subdivided)
  6. Final Plat (if subdivided)
  7. Development Agreement (required for any subdivision or site plan
