The population of Eagle Mountain City has grown to support many new kinds of businesses. The lists below show active commercial business development in the City. Several new businesses have been announced for the area known as Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center. This area at the intersection of Pony Express Parkway and Eagle Mountain Blvd. is the location of the new Maceys Grocery store, Ace Hardware, Little Caesars, Maverik, and other businesses in the planning or construction phase. Please note that not all businesses shown in the image are confirmed and therefore are subject to change. Eagle Mountain City is excited to welcome these businesses to our community.
