Mobile Mammography

Those interested in taking advantage of this service can book their appointment and attend at the City’s Senior Center, located at 1632 E. Heritage Dr., on April 4th between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Friday April 5th by appointment only.
It is the responsibility of the patient to confirm insurance coverage for this service.
Scheduling Criteria
• You must be 40 years old or older.
• This is a screening appointment only. If you currently have problems or concerns, please book an appointment with your Dr. as soon as possible.
• You will need to list a physician, as they will be the ones to get the report (you do not need a referral). Please list as much information as possible when filling out the scheduler.
