Effective Nov. 24, Eagle Mountain City will follow guidelines for the high transmission level of COVID-19 on the state index. City offices are open to the public regular hours (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday), however, masks are required in city buildings, and social distancing measures are in place. If you do not have a mask, one can be provided for you. The Senior Center activities are cancelled until further notice. Thank you for your interest in ShopFest Utah, hosted by Eagle Mountain City, UT. Please view the Digital ShopFest Update found on the ShopFest Utah page for an understanding of how ShopFest Utah will operate this year.   • ShopFest Utah Vendor Rules

    PROHIBITED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: Vendors are not permitted to sell the following: Weapons, drugs or drug paraphernalia, alcohol, items depicting nudity or sexually explicit acts, adult products, fireworks, or animals. CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration refunds are available up August 22nd. NON-PROFIT, POLITICAL, AND RELIGIOUS GROUPS: ShopFest Utah is strictly a small business event. Therefore, political, religious, or otherwise non-profit groups or causes will not be permitted to apply for booth spaces. DIRECT SALES AND MLM COMPANIES: Only representative will be permitted for one direct sales and/or MLM company. For example, Mary Kay or ItWorks can only have one booth setup. If someone has already registered on behalf of the product or service, we can help you make contact with that person so that you can propose pooling resources. However, it is ultimately first-come first-serve.
