Eagle Mountain City is one of Utah’s fastest growing cities, and is also one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. By 2060, Eagle Mountain City will have a population of 150,000 according to estimates by the Mountain Land Association of Governments (MAG). But population alone doesn’t make Eagle Mountain a great place to start a business. Our 50+ square miles of land is well-planned to provide a high quality of life for residents, multiple retail centers, and space for various industry types. Transportation improvements, lower disaster risk, and great outdoor amenities are among many other reasons to set up shop in Eagle Mountain City.
