About the Sheriff's Office

The Utah County Sheriff’s Department has a division in Eagle Mountain and handles police calls for service, as well as animal control calls.

Residents may contact the Eagle Mountain office at (801) 798-5600 to speak with a deputy for the following.

  • File a report (non emergencies such as: fraud, stolen property, found property, etc.)
  • Talk to a deputy regarding laws

For domesticated animal control issues,
barking dogs, stray cats or any other domesticated animal issues, please call the non-emergency dispatch number, (801) 798-5600.

Wild animals such as raccoons, squirrels, skunks, snakes and mountain lions, including reporting the location of deceased deer and other wildlife, fall under the Utah Division of Wildlife. Please contact the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources at 801-491-5678 for assistance.
