Nolen Park and Wride Memorial Park Splash Pads are now closed for the season and will reopen Memorial Day weekend, 2019
Wride Memorial Park Splash Pad
Location: Mid-Valley Road and Pony Express Parkway
Operating Hours: Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The system turns off for 10 minutes every two hours to help regulate water condition. Please follow posted rules for splash pad use.
Rentals are available for the large pavilion at Wride Memorial Park by contacting the parks department. Please email email@example.com. The pavilion is divided up into three sections for rentals, with section one starting on the east side. Fees are $25 for nine tables with a $100 refundable deposit. Cash or check only accepted at this time. Available time frames are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Fee doubles for the whole day. To reserve the entire pavilion, payment is required for each section.
Nolen Park Splash Pad
Location: 7862 N. Tinamous Road
When in operation, the water may be activated between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily. An activation sensor is located in the northeast corner of the pad. Simply tap with your foot to start water. No pets, bikes, or scooters are allowed on the pad.
Both splash pads are open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend each year. Either of them may be shut down at any time as needed for maintenance.
