Pioneer Crossing - Lane Closure Tomorrow

Westbound Pioneer Crossing will be reduced to one lane between Riverside Drive and Redwood Road on Saturday morning, Aug. 18, from 4 to 9 a.m. The lane closure is needed to allow room for concrete paving in the median.

Redwood Road (Lake View Terrace Road to Village Parkway) - Traffic Shifts Next Week

Next week, sections of Redwood Road traffic will shift to the west side while crews continue utility work and road reconstruction on the east side. To prepare for traffic shifts, temporary asphalt has been placed on the west side of Redwood Road.

 

Redwood Road and Pioneer Crossing Intersection - New Traffic Patterns in Late August/Early September

New traffic patterns will be in place on Pioneer Crossing near the intersection beginning late August or early September. Drivers can expect ongoing traffic shifts in this area as well as at the Riverside Drive and Pioneer Crossing intersection until construction slows down at the end of November.

Side Streets - Traffic Changes/Construction Schedule

Side street intersections are being reconstructed in order to accommodate the future elevation of Redwood Road. Once paving is complete on side streets, shoulder closures will be ongoing while crews landscape.

Ring Road: The north side of Ring Road is scheduled to be paved this weekend. The north and south sides will open after paving is complete. Landscaping is ongoing in this area.
Stillwater Drive: One lane is open in each direction. Crews will continue landscaping and installing traffic signal foundations in this area.
Fairway Boulevard (west of Redwood Road): Access to and from Redwood Road is being maintained using the south side of Fairway Boulevard. The north and south sides are scheduled to open to traffic as early as this weekend. Landscaping and sidewalk/trail installation are ongoing in this area.
Fairway Boulevard (east of Redwood Road): The south side is scheduled to be paved this weekend. The north and south sides will open once paving is complete. Shoulder closures will be ongoing while crews landscape.

Ring Road: The north side of Ring Road is scheduled to be paved this weekend. The north and south sides will open after paving is complete. Landscaping is ongoing in this area.

Multiuse Trail

Sections of the multiuse trail on the east and west sides of Redwood Road have been removed temporarily as part of the road reconstruction. Trail users should use caution and follow construction signs.

 

Ongoing Work for Phase I

Through fall 2018, crews will continue to work on utilities and landscaping between Pioneer Crossing and Centennial Boulevard. Shoulder closures and periodic lane closures will occur until this phase is complete. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and nights and weekends as needed.
